Shipping policy

Processing
All orders ship from Austin, Texas. Please allow 1-5 business days for order processing. Processing time is separate from, and in addition to, the carrier’s shipping transit time shown at checkout.

Domestic Shipping
Estimated delivery times vary by method:
USPS Ground Advantage delivers in 2–5 business days
USPS Priority in 1–3 business days
USPS Media Mail in 2–8 business days
UPS Ground in 1–5 business days

International Shipping
International orders usually arrive within 10-20 business days, but customs delays can extend delivery up to 8 weeks. Tracking may not update until a package clears a U.S. sorting facility, which may take 2-7 business days. If tracking shows recent movement, the package is still in transit and refunds are not available. If there has been no tracking update after 6-8 weeks, please contact our customer care team. We are not responsible for products confiscated by customs or legal authorities.

Duties and Taxes
All duties and taxes are determined by the local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. If an order is refused at customs, a refund will be issued only if the package is returned to our facility. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Special Items
Posters and oversized items ship separately and may move more slowly through the postal system. Shipping rates reflect the cost of all items in an order.

Address Changes
Address changes may be requested before fulfillment begins, but once processing has started, changes cannot be guaranteed.

Pre-Orders
Payment for pre-order items is charged immediately at checkout. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship when the pre-order item is available unless otherwise noted. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Shipment Notification
Tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout once your order ships. Domestic tracking may take up to 48 hours to display results online.
